A holiday fling comes home
It started in Cabo, with one night that should have stayed in Cabo. Three weeks on, you are at your best friend’s house, and the woman who opens the door is the same one: she is his stepmom. Now you are both under his roof. The house has one rule, and the official premise puts it simply: don’t let him hear.
That gives the drama its tension: a secret you both share, a friend who is never far away, and a rule that he must not hear a thing. The premise names no one, and Candy AI credits Marisa Cardenas in the cast.
Five episodes, told to you
The premise speaks to you directly, and the story runs over five short episodes. Episode 1 runs about 1:05 and is mostly set indoors, in a hallway, at the front door and in a kitchen full of family details. The tone is flirtatious and tense at once, with every scene played as if the friend could walk in at any moment.
Inside episode 1
It opens on a kiss, the man dressed in white, and then cuts to the house. Around 0:12 she is at the door, smiling, with a bottle of white wine in one hand and a dish towel in the other. Behind her, a man in a maroon hoodie is grinning. It is a normal family welcome on the surface, which is exactly what makes it uncomfortable.
At about 0:28 the scene moves to the kitchen, where she talks to a man in a green jacket. They stand by a fridge covered in magnets, with a framed photo of a couple on it. The domestic background keeps reminding the viewer whose house this is. Under a sheer pink robe she has on green lingerie, and near the end the robe hangs open as the two of them almost kiss; there is no nudity.

Should you watch it?
Worth it if you like secret-keeping stories, a point-of-view setup and a house where one wrong word could give everything away.
Skip it if you would rather have a story without the friend-betrayal angle; the whole drama depends on keeping it from him.
