The premise of My Girlfriend’s Stepsister is only two sentences long, and it puts the whole drama on one decision. He can follow his girlfriend into the shower, or he can stay behind with her stepsister. The official description is blunt about the result: he picks wrong.
That makes this a cheating story built on a single choice. The premise does not say where it happens or what follows from it. Nobody is named, neither the man nor the two women, and Candy AI credits no one in the cast.
